SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship to most countries worldwide via different carrier depending on the shipping country. Shipment Delays may occur due to restrictions/lockdowns and road blocks from the pandemic.
Shipping & Handling carrier are as follows:
Royal Mail - UK (24 hour / 48 hour)
International Post (Tracked & Signed) Royal Mail - Europe 4-7 days
International Post (Tracked & Signed) Royal Mail - Rest of World 7-12 Days
DPD / DHL - International (4-5 Days)
DPD Road - Europe (3-6 Days)
The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within domestic delivery is 24 or 48 hours depending on which option was chosen and 7-14 days business days internationally also depending on the delivery speed chosen. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Postal Service to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our warehouse.

All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
